Who can join our coaching?
Our coaching is designed for athletes and goes beyond a typical consultation, offering structured guidance and advanced nutrition strategies. It’s best suited for those who are truly ready to take their performance to the next level.
What’s the difference between Basic, Pro and Elite?
Basic: Weekly feedback and plan adjustments as needed.
Pro: Daily feedback with weekly periodized plans.
Elite: Immediate feedback, weekly periodized plans and menus, home visits for assessments, and direct contact with private chefs and the performance team if needed.
Is there a minimum or maximum duration?
Yes. The minimum duration for Basic is 3 months, and for Pro and Elite it’s 6 months - the minimum time needed to reach the final phase of the process.
There’s no maximum duration. Our coaching is designed to support you for as long as you need us.
How do I choose between Basic, Pro and Elite?
