When should I book a Professional Football consultation?

Ideally, before a more demanding period, such as pre-season, a congested competitive calendar, or a decisive phase of the season.

It can be useful during the season to review and adjust the approach, or after an injury, to optimise recovery and support the return to training.

How often should I book a session?

It depends on your context.

Your nutritionist will help define the most appropriate frequency.

You should book a new consultation whenever there are changes in your training load, competition schedule, or when you feel that your recovery requires more attention.

What if I'm not a senior professional football player?

This consultation was designed for senior professional football players.

If you are a youth football player or a female football player (senior or youth), you should schedule a Performance consultation.

Where do consultations take place?

In-person consultations take place in Guimarães. Online consultations are available worldwide. Please note that the booking schedule follows the Portugal time zone.

What languages are the consultations available in?

Portuguese or english, depending on your preference.

How do online consultations work?

Held via video call, with the main difference being no on-site body composition assessment. External data, self-measurements, or photos may be requested.

What do I get after the consultation?

You will receive a fully personalised nutrition plan, which may include different approaches tailored to your training, match days, and recovery needs.

You also receive your body composition report, shopping list, and, when appropriate, match day protocols, supplementation strategies, and additional resources such as recipes or menu examples.

All materials will be sent within 72 hours of your session.

Does this include ongoing support or follow-up?

No. This is a one-time consultation focused on a specific moment, objective o phase.

If you're looking for consistent support and adjustments over time, our Follow-ups might be more suitable for you.

How do I book?

Select your appointment (initial or follow-up) → Choose the format (in-person or online) → Click "Agendar" → Choose your nutritionist → Select the time slot → Complete the booking and payment.

Appointments not paid within 12 hours will be automatically cancelled.
