How often are consultations scheduled?
The interval between appointments will depend on your goals and availability. However, generally speaking, 4 to 5 weeks are given between the first and second appointments. After these, the interval may be longer.
What is the difference between a first consultation and a follow-up consultation?
For a first consultation, 90 minutes are reserved in order to establish a complete initial contact. For a follow-up consultation, 45 minutes are reserved.
I already had an appointment with a nutritionist on the team some time ago. Should I schedule an initial appointment or a follow-up appointment?
Follow-up consultations are only available to clients who have already had a first consultation and/or whose last follow-up consultation was less than 6 months ago.
How do online consultations work?
They can be carried out via video call (WhatsApp, FaceTime, etc.) or via an online meeting platform such as Zoom, Teams or Google Meet. The main difference compared to face-to-face consultations is the absence of an assessment of body composition. Data from assessments carried out externally, as well as self-performed measurements and/or photographs, may be requested.
What do I receive after the consultation?
You will receive your plan, your anthropometric assessment report and your shopping list. Depending on the case, we will provide other documents that may be useful to you (recipes, menus, etc.).
How long after the consultation will I receive the plan?
You will receive everything within 72 hours of your appointment.
Can I just have an anthropometric assessment and not a full consultation?
Of course. Assessments cost €30.00. However, we always recommend that you have a full consultation.
How can I schedule?
Click on the "Book now" button > Select the type of appointment > Click on "Select a time" > Choose the professional you want > Select your time slot > Complete the booking and payment process. If payment is not made within 12 hours, your booking will be cancelled.
The time appears as "unavailable" how can I schedule?
The message "unavailable" may appear if the professional has all vacancies filled.
