Wellness is focused on health, Wellness is for health, improvements in body composition and building better nutrition habits.

Performance is for a specific competition or demanding period, such as a race, match, event, heavy training phase or return from injury.

Professional Football is for senior players in professional football, providing specific strategies for this level and sport.

Should I choose a Performance consultation if I’m not a professional athlete?

Yes. Performance consultations are suitable for both recreational and competitive athletes.

They are most useful when preparing for a specific event, competition, demanding training period or during injury recovery and return to training.

Do these consultations include follow-up or ongoing support?

No. These are one-time interventions, focused on a specific objective or context. You will receive a complete strategy and all supporting materials, without ongoing follow-up.

If you are looking for consistent support and ongoing adjustments, a Performance Program may be more appropriate.

How do I know which consultation is right for me?

If you are looking to improve your health, lose or gain weight, or build better nutrition habits, choose Wellness.


If you practice an individual or team sport at any level, and are preparing for a competition, match or event - such as a marathon, CrossFit, Hyrox, padel or similar - or going through a demanding training period, choose Performance.

If you are a senior player in professional football, choose the Professional Football consultation.
