When should I book a Performance consultation?

Ideally before a competition or a demanding phase of training, so you can prepare your strategy in advance.

It can also be useful during the season to review and adjust your approach, as well as after an injury to optimise recovery or when returning to training.

How often should I book a session?

It depends on your context.

Your nutritionist will help define the most appropriate frequency, but a new session is recommended whenever your training, competition or recovery demands change.

Where do consultations take place?

In-person consultations take place in Guimarães. Online consultations are available worldwide. Please note that the booking schedule follows the Portugal time zone.

What languages are the consultations available in?

Portuguese or english, depending on your preference.

How do online sessions work?

Held via video call, with the main difference being no on-site body composition assessment. External data, self-measurements, or photos may be requested.

What do I get after a session?

Does this include ongoing support or follow-up?

No. This is a one-time consultation focused on a specific moment or objective.

If you are looking for continuous support and regular adjustments, our Performance Programs may be more appropriate.

How do I book?

Choose the format (in-person or online) → Click “Agenda” → Choose your nutritionist → Select a time slot → Complete your booking and proceed with payment.

Bookings not paid within 12 hours will be automatically cancelled.
