Where do consultations take place?
In-person consultations take place in Guimarães. Online consultations are available worldwide. Please note that the booking schedule follows the Portugal time zone.
What languages are the consultations available in?
Portuguese or english, depending on your preference.
How often should I book a session?
Session frequency is tailored to your goals. Typically, 4–5 weeks separate the first two sessions, with adjustments made as you progress.
What’s the difference between the first session and a follow-up?
First sessions: 90 minutes for a complete assessment.
Follow-ups: 45 minutes to review progress and refine your plan.
Should I book a first session or a follow-up?
Follow-ups are for clients whose first session or last follow-up was within 6 months, unless a longer interval has been recommended by your nutritionist.
How do online sessions work?
Held via video call, with the main difference being no on-site body composition assessment. External data, self-measurements, or photos may be requested.
What do I get after a session?
Your personalized meal plan, body composition report, and shopping list. Additional resources, such as recipes or sample menus, may be included when appropriate. You will receive all materials within 72 hours of your consultation.
How do I book?
Select your session (first or follow-up) → Choose the format (in-person or online) → Click “Agendar” → Choose your nutritionist → Select a time slot → Complete your booking and proceed with payment.
Bookings not paid within 12 hours will be automatically cancelled.
